The Pat Rush Medical Assistance Fund was originally created in 2009 to help Kendrick resident Patricia Rush during her battle with leukemia.
Pat was overwhelmed by the support and generosity of the community. She agreed to accept the funds with the stipulation that they be shared with other local families in need.
Thus, the PRMAF was created with a charter to financially assist Kendrick and Juliaetta residents who are facing catastrophic medical issues from either a terminal illness or life-threatening injury causes by a tragic emergency or disease.
“There are people that leave this world as pebbles penetrating the water, creating ripples that disperse quietly into the sea. And then there is Pat, a meteorite of fire and life and vigor and warmth, crashing into this ocean of humanity, leaving waves to travel and expand and erode the shores of distant continents, distant humans that are at once strangers and family.”

Coming in 2023—Kendrick High School All Class Reunion
Sponsored by PRMAF
Starting on Locust Blossom Festival Day in May of 2023, the Pat Rush Medical Assistance Foundation (PRMAF) will be sponsoring the KHS All School Class Reunion.
As so many KHS Alumni return to Kendrick for class reunions during Locust Blossom Festival, the PRMAF decided to make it easier for everyone by hosting this Dinner & Dance event.
Any Class this celebrating their MILESTONE reunion ( new Grads to 1940’s or so ) will be especially honored and featured. But ALL CLASSES can attend so that this will be an ALL CLASSES event.
We are hoping to make this an annual Locust Blossom event where all KHS Alumni can get together every year.
All proceeds will go to the PRMAF.
If you would like to receive future notifications about this event, please provide your name and email address below and information will be sent to you as soon as it is available (all personal information will be kept strictly confidential).
Restrictions due to the COVID Pandemic have affected all of us one way or another. Not being able to hold our annual and bi-annual fundraisers and events meant no funds coming in to help those in need. It is our desire to continue to help our community’s residents who are facing catastrophic medical issues from either a terminal illness or life-threatening injury caused by a tragic emergency or disease. Without your help this will not be possible.
Please consider either a one-time or recurring monthly donation to show your support. If we could get 100 people to donate just $5 a month what an impact we could make!
The PRMAF has helped 63 people with over $162,878 in aid.
If you or a family member is experiencing financial hardship due to a catastrophic illness or injury, let us know how we can help you!
